January 31, 2018 – MacElree Harvey is pleased to announce the selection and promotion of J. Charles Gerbron, Jr. to partner. Since joining the firm in 2012, Charlie has made a significant impact on client service, team leadership, and overall growth of the firm.
Charlie focuses his practice primarily on land use, zoning, agricultural, and litigation-related matters. Having appeared in Federal Court and in the Courts of Common Pleas of Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, Charlie has a broad range of experience representing businesses, developers, schools, and individuals.
Prior to joining MacElree Harvey, Charlie served as an appellate prosecutor in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, where he gained extensive experience litigating before the Pennsylvania Superior and Supreme courts. Charlie has also litigated civil rights and labor and employment matters in the federal courts.
