Natalie R. Young is a highly skilled and experienced attorney with a focus on construction defect litigation, real estate, and land use matters. With a proven track record of managing complex litigation, she has successfully managed the defense of an $80 million construction defect claim and negotiated substantial settlements for homeowner clients. Natalie has second-chaired several construction defect arbitrations and has argued cases before various courts, including the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, New Jersey Superior Court, and multiple Zoning Hearing Boards.
Before joining MacElree Harvey, Natalie was an associate at a boutique real estate firm, where she handled over twenty litigation and land use cases, providing strategic counsel on construction, real estate, and zoning disputes. She also supervised junior associates and staff, ensuring high-quality service and client representation.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Natalie serves as Vice President on the Council for the Borough of Chester Heights, Pennsylvania, and previously served on zoning boards for Chester Heights and the Borough of Morton. Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, she is an active member of the legal community, with admissions to various courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys vacationing in Ocean City, New Jersey, and is an avid fan of baseball, soccer, and hockey.
