Jamison C. MacMain is an accomplished attorney focusing on trusts and estates, business law, tax law, and municipal law.
Before joining MacElree Harvey, Jamison worked at Herdeg, du Pont & Dalle Pazze, LLP where he assisted with estate planning, estate administration, business planning, and trust administration. Before that, Jamison served as an attorney and law clerk at MacMain Leinhauser PC, where he defended municipalities, counties, and law enforcement personnel in civil rights litigation. His experience includes depositions, trial advocacy, motion drafting, and policy writing. Additionally, he served as Assistant to the Solicitor for the Sheriff of Chester County, advising the Chester County Sheriff’s Office on legal matters.
Jamison brings a dynamic skill set to his legal practice, honed through leadership roles in collegiate athletics, woodworking, and historic property maintenance. A former collegiate soccer captain and coach, he understands the value of discipline, strategic thinking, and teamwork—qualities that define his approach to legal representation.
Active in his community, Jamison serves on the Site Committee for Innabah Camp & Retreat Center, contributing to facilities management and fundraising efforts. His legal acumen, combined with his hands-on experience in various industries, allows him to provide practical, results-driven legal solutions tailored to his clients’ needs.
