Court focuses his practice on estate and Medicaid planning. A licensed professional engineer, Court leverages his talent for numbers to find creative, cost-efficient solutions for his clients. He assists clients and their families in all aspects of estate planning, including the protection of assets from the high cost of long term care. Recognizing that each client is unique, Court works closely with clients to ensure their goals are achieved.

Court is a graduate of St. Andrew’s School in Middletown, DE, and attended Colgate University, The Cooper Union, and Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, he served as Associate Editor of the Fordham Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal. Court teaches a course in critical thinking as an adjunct professor at Wilmington University. In his free time, Court enjoys playing USTA tennis.

Prior to joining MacElree Harvey, Court practiced civil litigation at large firms in New York and Philadelphia.
