It was a long 2-year process but with the help of Patrick Boyer of Macelree Harvey, I was victorious. Don’t let the young look of Mr. Boyer fool you, he knows the law and will fight for what is right. I recommend him 10000 times over. All the staff was professional, polite and upbeat with every visit and call I had. I wish I could give 10 stars.

It is easy when getting divorced to make emotional decisions. Lance helped keep me on track by constantly benchmarking my emotional choices against my long term goals. His ability to steer my communications and ultimately my decision making to achieving my goals was an enormous benefit. Lots of lawyers understand the law. After contacting many of the attorneys you see on TV ads, I finally found the gem. I was involved in an accident which after I was transported by ambulance to the hospital, given an EKG and CT scan and released which took 4 hours. I didn’t carry normal health insurance at the time of the incident. I later received a hospital bill for over $16,000.00. Despite explaining my situation, a motor vehicle accident that I was the NOT at fault party, every attorney I spoke to wanted to know what injuries I had sustained and what treatment I was pursuing. Lance, has helped me navigate not one but two divorces. He’s brought common sense and a level of expertise to an otherwise emotional part of family law. Lance has given me very sound advise concerning my young children as well that was so very helpful. While it is certainly necessary, discussing and developing a will is not an easy thing to do. When you have a child who has special needs, estate planning is even more important, and for me and my husband, even more difficult.
