I’m a younger guy who had some fairly serious charges hanging over my head about 10 months ago, and my first lawyer did not make me feel like I was going to get through the legal proceedings without facing serious consequences. This individual was too busy with his many other cases to know details about my case without looking over notes. They were also late to appointments and even showed up to a preliminary hearing 90 minutes late.

On the other hand, Caroline demonstrated an acute understanding of my situation as it relates to the law, and as we worked through my case over the last 8 months, I felt like she genuinely valued my time and that she was really passionate about being as prepared for trial as humanly possible. It was a long 2-year process but with the help of Patrick Boyer of Macelree Harvey, I was victorious. Don’t let the young look of Mr. Boyer fool you, he knows the law and will fight for what is right. I recommend him 10000 times over. Brian represented my wife and me in a case filed by an opposing law firm. There were many facets to the case which originated from a suit filed against a school district where we were seeking judgment for education expenses. I was involved in an accident which after I was transported by ambulance to the hospital, given an EKG and CT scan and released which took 4 hours. I didn’t carry normal health insurance at the time of the incident. I later received a hospital bill for over $16,000.00. Despite explaining my situation, a motor vehicle accident that I was the NOT at fault party, every attorney I spoke to wanted to know what injuries I had sustained and what treatment I was pursuing. When I said thankfully, neither I nor the other party was injured, they all told me they weren’t able to help and I would be responsible for that $16,000.00 bill.

Tim Rayne and I recently completed a ‘trip and fall’ lawsuit. I have never been in any litigation before. It is a lengthy procedure but Tim assisted me in understanding the step by step process and counseled me on my role in the litigation. While it is certainly necessary, discussing and developing a will is not an easy thing to do. When you have a child who has special needs, estate planning is even more important, and for me and my husband, even more difficult. I hired Marie Crossley to represent me during a Court hearing that I had scheduled where I was requesting to modify my Child Custody agreement and relocation to another state where I could have more support to raise my two sons.
