Joseph A. Bellinghieri, a MacElree Harvey partner, enjoys working closely with his clients and establishing long-lasting relationships. He values the need for timely communications and transactions and understands the importance of making time for clients. "I believe that the most important service that you can offer a client when they are making personal or business decisions is timely information," he says.

Also a licensed Pennsylvania realtor and Certified Public Accountant, Joe strives to meet all of his clients' legal, accounting, and financial needs. "My philosophy is to make life simpler for clients," he says. "By offering comprehensive real estate, accounting, and legal guidance, I'm able to serve as a single resource to meet my clients personal and professional needs."

An honors graduate of The George Washington University National Law Center in Washington, D.C., Joe received his Masters in Law in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center, and is a cum laude graduate of Drexel University, where he majored in Finance and Accounting. Joe concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, business succession planning, taxation, real estate, and corporate law.

Joe is a member of the Board of Directors for the Chamber of Commerce of Greater West Chester, The Mission for Educating Children with Autism, and the Chester County Estate Planning Council. He is also active in the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations and has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute in the estate planning and administration areas.

Joe lives in the West Chester area with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and traveling. "I'm fortunate to have visited almost every country in Europe, Mexico, the Caribbean, Canada, and most of the United States," he says. "While traveling, we look forward to learning as much as we can about each country and its culture." These experiences have helped Joe establish an international client base.
