A trusted team player
for Chester County businesses

Harry J. DiDonato is a true team player. Not only is he a partner at MacElree Harvey, but he also serves as a trusted advisor to some of Chester County's fastest-growing businesses. His clients know they can count on him for winning solutions for all their business law issues – from mergers and acquisitions to employment law to tax-related matters.

Harry's practice focuses on small to medium-sized businesses, as well as individuals, in a wide range of commercial, business and real estate transactions. These include the sale and acquisition of businesses and the formation of corporations, partnerships, and other business organizations; preparation and advice regarding buy-sell agreements, non-compete and confidentiality agreements, employment agreements and other contractual relationships between parties; the sale, purchase and lease of commercial real estate; and estate, business succession and other tax-related matters.

When the workday is complete, he also is a team player at home with his wife and their three children. "A lot of what I do out of work is with my children," Harry says. "I've coached their basketball and baseball teams for the past six years."

In addition, Harry is active in local civic organizations, including the Alumni Board of Devon Preparatory School. He previously served on the local branch of the American Red Cross and Chester County Adult Day Care.

He received his B.S. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his law degree and LL.M from Villanova University. A member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations, Harry is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Harry sits on the Board of Commercial Dispute Resolutions, a dispute resolution program.

When Harry finds time for individual pursuits, he enjoys playing basketball and golf.
