MacElree Harvey's Civil Rights and Discrimination department represents citizens, corporations, and nonprofit organizations that are impacted by government misconduct, such as when government officials exceed the limits of their authority or discretion or in regard to police misconduct, housing and land use, speech, religion, privacy rights, and other areas of governmental action.
