Joseph A. Bellinghieri, LL.M. concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, business succession planning, taxation, real estate and corporate law. Notably, Joe is president of the Chester County Estate Planning Council and also a Certified Public Accountant and a Licensed Pennsylvania Realtor.

Harry J. DiDonato head of MacElree Harvey's business transactional group. Harry represents large and small businesses as well as individuals in business, real estate and banking matters. His practice includes the sale and acquisition of businesses; the sale, purchase and lease of commercial real estate; public and private financing; contractual relationships between parties including buy/sell agreements, employment agreements; business to business agreements; business succession planning and tax related matters.

Duke Schneider concentrates his practice in estate planning and administration, corporate law and taxation. He is also a licensed insurance agent in Pennsylvania, with widespread experience in insurance and retirement planning.

James Urie concentrates his practice in the areas of taxation, nonprofit organizations, corporate law and trademarks and copyrights. Before joining MacElree Harvey, Jim worked for the Internal Revenue Service, Office of Chief Counsel, in the Small Business/Self-Employed Division.
