Michael primarily practices in commercial litigation,
including obtaining or defending actions for preliminary injunctions,
filing confessions of judgment for money or possession for lenders
and commercial landlords, and filing mechanic's liens. He handles
bankruptcy work for creditors and also has extensive experience
in mortgage foreclosures, collections and loan workouts, general
counsel work and real estate litigation.
Michael is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania State and Federal Courts.
Currently, Michael serves as President of the Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation. He is a
Past President of the West Chester Lions Club. For these and other community contributions, Michael
was honored as a "Community Hero Torchbearer" – carrying the Olympic torch through West Chester, Pennsylvania, on its way to the Olympic Games in Atlanta.
Michael is a member of the BNI Referral Network
and a member of both the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations.
