Professional Experience
Harry DiDonato is head of MacElree Harvey's business transactional group. Harry represents large and small businesses as well as individuals in business, real estate and banking matters. His practice includes the sale and acquisition of businesses; the sale, purchase and lease of commercial real estate; public and private financing; contractual relationships between parties including buy/sell agreements, employment agreements; business to business agreements; business succession planning and tax related matters.

Harry works with a variety of business segments including transportation, leasing, manufacturing and service companies. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Memberships
Harry is a member of the Pennsylvania and Chester County Bar Associations. He also serves on the Board of Commercial Dispute Resolutions, a dispute resolution program. He is actively involved in the community and has served on several charitable and non-profit boards, including the Adult Care of Chester County, the Chester County Board of the American Red Cross, and the Devon Prep Alumni Association.
