After practicing law for approximately two years, Brian served as a law clerk for Justice William H.
Lamb of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, where his responsibilities included drafting opinions
and recommendations on allocatur docket filings, and advising the Justice regarding reports issued
by various Supreme Court committees.
Since his judicial clerkship, Brian has practiced
law in the areas of land use, zoning, real estate and litigation.
He devoted a large portion of his practice to solicitor representation
of local municipalities. Brian concentrates his practice in the
areas of land use, zoning, real estate and general litigation, including
appellate practice. He is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania.
Brian is active in the Chester County Bar Association and is a member of the Chester County Bar Association Board of Directors, the Chester County Bar Foundation Board of Directors, a delegate to the Pennsylvania Bar Association House of Delegates and Secretary of The Honorable John E. Stively Inns of Court.
